How to make cauliflower au gratin?
Put a pan over the gas and we will put 1 tbsp yellow butter in it. A little bit will put olive oil and we’ll cook it for about 30 second. keep in mind that we will put oil in butter for this so that our butter does not burn.
After this we will put some whole milk in it and cook it for about five or six minutes.

cauliflower, and broccoli) and we’ll cook it for a few minutes.
Add a pinch of salt, chili flakes, origano, mix herbs. Add some crushed pepper and mix it with 1/2 cup white sauce. Keep in mind that we do not have to cook it much, after that we will transfer it to a baking dish.
