For making creamy polenta with sauteed vegetables boil some water and add a pinch of salt, red chili flakes, and fresh cream and mix it well.
Then add polenta and cook it for 3-4 minutes. once the mixture is cooked add some milk into it and cook for at least 3-4 minutes.
Your creamy polenta is ready for sauteed vegetables to heat a pan and add butter, Olive oil, garlic and stir it for 2 minutes.
Then add chopped and blanched broccoli, carrot, and baby corn. Cook it for 3-4 minutes and then add salt and pepper for the seasoning.
Your sauteed vegetables are ready and serve the polenta with sauteed vegetables.
How to make raw polenta recipe?
You will need corn from 2 cobs or 200 g frozen and thawed corn. One big celery stick and juice from half to one lemon.
One tsp psyllium husk powder and 2 tsp lucuma powder
Add the corn and the lemon juice to a blender and mix it then add the lucuma powder and the psyllium husk powder and a bit of black pepper if you wish.
Set the mixture in a pastry ring and then in the fridge for at least 15 minutes. You can also use a tiny form.
