Basic Ingredients: –
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 3tbsp cornflour
- Three tsp baking powder
- Three tsp almond powder
- 2 cups of sugar
- 200ml butter
- 7 egg large
- 200ml oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3-4 drops lemon essence
- 1 tsp lemon color
How to make a lemon almond cake?
Preheat oven to 180 degrees c lightly greases baking pan line bottom with parchment or wax paper or dust with flour.
Sieve over a large bowl and put 3 cups all-purpose flour, 3tbsp cornflour, three tsp baking powder and sift together all ingredients.
In this bowl add Three tsp almond powder and mix well. After this, we take a second bowl and add 200ml butter, 200ml oil, 3 cups sugar and beat until fluffy & light in color. After this, we added one by one 7 Eggs in these wet ingredients and beat again.
Along with 1-2 tsp of sifted dry ingredients in another jar, add 3/4 cup milk, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1/4 tsp lemon essence, 1 tsp lemon color 1 tsp vanilla extract add the sifted dry ingredients to the creamed mixture alternatively with the milk and beat again.
Transfer batter into prepared pan bake at 180 degrees c for until cake springs back when lightly touched, about 45 minutes. Now our lemon almond cake recipe is ready to enjoy it.
