Easy to make chocolate mousse cake is a simple way and unique method.
Basic Ingredients :-
- All purpose flour/maida : 1cup/110 grams Sugar : 1 cup/200 grams
- Eggs: 1
- Milk: 1/2 cup
- Cocoa powder: 1/3 cup
- Baking powder: 3/4 teaspoons
- Baking soda: 3/4 teaspoons
- Salt: 1/8 spoon
- Instant coffee powder: 1/2 tablespoon
- Hot boiling water: 1/2 cup
- Oil: 1/4 cup
For the Chocolate mousse:
- Dark or milk chocolate: 350 grams
- Fresh cream/whipping cream: 350 grams
How to make chocolate mousse cake recipe?
Take seven or eight-inch cake tin and grease with oil or butter and line with parchment paper. Place a sieve over the bowl add one cup of All-purpose flour,1/3 cup cocoa powder and 3/4 tsp baking soda,3/4 tsp baking powder, and 1/8 tsp salt, and sift it.
add one cup of sugar and mix it at low speed with a blender. After this, add one egg and oil 1/4 cup, half cup of milk, and mix it well. Put half a cup of boiling water add half a tablespoon of coffee powder in boiling water and mix it well.
Gradually add it to the cake batter by mixing constancy scrape the sides and mix it well.

For the Chocolate mousse

After melted remove from heat add 350 grams of Fresh cream/whipping cream into another bowl. Beat until it reaches stiff peaks now add melted chocolate in this whipped cream bowl. Mix on the low-speed refrigerator for one to two hours.
Fill the piping bag with mousse batter take 1/4 cup of sugar and add 3/4 cup of water mix until sugar dissolves completely. Now cut the cake into two layers soak with sugar syrup.
Spread chilled chocolate mousse with help of a piping bag and spread it evenly. place the author cake layer on the top sprinkle sugar syrup. cover the cake with the mousse refrigerator for one hour.
