We will take out the prepared dough on top of a cling film and the top of this we will also put a cling film. With the help of rolling it, we will roll it well. Make sure this dough is not thin or thick.
Now we will put this dough in a tin, you can take the size of the tin according to yourself. Grease this tin well and we will cut the extra sides of it.
In this, we will do 8 -10 holes with the help of folk and in this, we will put parchment paper, and then we will put beans on this parchment paper.
How to bake?
To bake in our oven, preheat it at 180 ° Celsius and bake for 20-25 minutes. After the bake, we will remove this parchment paper and beans.
Take a jar and for the quiche in it, we will prepare the filling. First of all, we will take 500g onion and slice it well. After this, we will cook this in a pan and put 250 ml double cream.
