Easy to make bibimbap sauce in just a few minutes. We will learn to make this sauce with two methods.
Put a pan over the gas and in this, we will put 4-5 tbsp olive oil. In this, we’ll put 4 cloves garlic and fry it well.
Add 1/4 chopped onion and 1/4 cut leek stalk and mix well.
Add water to make the vegetables easy to blend or mash. In this, we will cook well by adding 3 tbsp white vinegar and 4 tbsp corn syrup.
Note: -vinegar and corn syrup make the acidity of the sauce balance. if you like more sweetness to your sauce you can add more corn syrup.
We will transfer the prepared mixture into a bowl and allow it to cool for a while. After it cools down, we will mix this mixture in a blending jar.
Note: – If a blender is not available in your home at least you need a strainer and a wooden spoon.and mash it with these tools.
First, we will need gochujang or fermented hot pepper paste. You can buy these from the Asian and Korean supermarkets very easily.
If you want, you can order it from Amazon too. For this pasta, we will put 2 tablespoons in a bowl.
You will add 1 teaspoon of fish sauce if you do not want to put it, then you will put soy sauce. Add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and mix it well.
Add a spoonful of minced garlic and a spoonful of toasted sesame seeds and mix well. Our bibimbap sauce recipe is ready.
