Basic ingredients for beetroot hummus:-
- 1 1/2 cup chickpeas
- 1 1/2 chopped beetroot
- Five pods of garlic
- 1/4 tsp black pepper corn
- Two tbsp, tahini sauce
- salt as per taste
- Olive oil
How to make beetroot hummus?
Take 1 1/2 cup chickpeas, soaked and boiled in a large bowl. Soak chickpeas overnight or 4 to 5 hours and then boil them 5 to 6 whistles.
Put the boiled chickpeas in a mixing jar and then we put 1 1/2 chopped beetroot in it, roasted. Five pods of garlic will add 1/4 tsp black peppercorn.
Two tbsp, tahini sauce, and salt as per taste.
