Basic ingredients: –
- 100 gram Goan chorizo sausage
- 2 tbsp onion
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp ginger paste
- 2 button mushroom
- 400 gm chicken mince
- 8-10 sweet peppers
- 2 tbsp parsley
- Pinch of thyme
- 2tbsp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
How to make keto stuffed peppers recipes
Will keep a pan on gas and put 100 gram Goan chorizo sausage in it. Will put 2 tbsp onion. Keep the gas on a low flame and cook it well.
Add 1 tsp garlic paste and 1/2 tsp ginger paste and mix well. 2 button will add mushroom.
Put 400 gm chicken mince and fry it well. 2 tbsp parsley and a pinch of thyme.
Mash well with the help of a masher and add two tbsp cheddar cheese. Add less then 1/2 tsp salt and melt it well.
Take 8-10 sweet peppers and fresh it with water. These peppers will cut through the center with the help of a knife.
We will empty the middle part of the peppers as we will fill the stuffing in it. With the help of a spoon, we will fill our earlier prepared mixture.
After filling the mixture, we will put cheddar cheese on all these. We’ll bake it in Oven.
