Put the gas on it and put a poet on it and we will put half a cup of sugar in it. We will heat it by keeping the flame medium of the gas.
Put the pressure cooker on the gas and in this, we will keep a stand. Put about 6 cups of water in this cooker.
Cover and leave it on medium flame. Break 2 large eggs in a bowl and with the help of Whisker, mix these eggs well. You will also add a large egg yolk.
We will add one tablespoon vanilla extract and along with this, we will add a can of condensed milk.
We will put a can of Evaporated milk and mix it well. After the sugar is melted well, we will put it in a bowl.
We will put the egg mixture in this sugar bowl. put this bowl on the stand in the pressure cooker.
We will keep this in a pressure cooker for 55 minutes, if you want, you can do this process in another vessel as well.
If you want to bake in the oven, keep the preheat at 305 degrees and 107 at Celsius and bake for 55 minutes.
We will keep it in the freeze for about 4-5 hours. Our flan recipe is ready.
