Basic Ingredients: –

- 1 + 3/4 cup icing sugar
- 1 cup Almond powder
- 1/4 cup caster sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt

How to make a chocolate macaron recipe?
In a mixing bowl, we put the almond powder in one cup and 1 + 3/4 cup icing sugar. Will mix this mixture, filter it over a bowl, and sieve this dry mixture in the bowl.
After this, we will beat 3 white egg in a bowl and this we will add 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 cup caster sugar and beat again. Put a mixture of our dry ingredients in these wet ingredients and fold it with the help of a spatula.
Red gel color will put 1 drop and apply any nozzle on a piping bag. Our prepared batter will be put in this piping bag. A baking tray and silicon are take of macaron try.
Will prepare macaron of this batter with the help of piping bag and tap it with the help of hands. Keep it at room temperature for about thirty minutes. Preheat the oven at 150 degrees Celsius and bake for about fifteen to seventeen minutes.
After baking, keep it cool for five minutes. After this, we will prepare butter frosting for this, add butter fifty grams, icing sugar one cup, and chocolate ganache two tsp for butter frosting.
