  • Water 4 to 5 tbsp
  • Baking Soda 1 tsp
  • Melted Chocolate

How to make cinder toffee recipe mary berry

  • Make caramel from sugar and water until it turns golden.
  • Mix in Baking Soda.
  • Place it on a tray lined with butter paper, and let it rest for two hours.
  • This can be broken into small pieces and dipped in melted chocolate.
