These No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars with Chocolate Chips are seriously out of this world. I can’t stop and I won’t stop. They’re so addictive! No-Bake Double Chocolate Perfection
So, 6 ingredients, no baking, double chocolate, peanut butter, dates, sea salt…hear anything you like? I thought you might. I love how simple these bars are. You only need 6 simple ingredients to make them:
dairy-free chocolate chips (I use Enjoy Life)
dates
maple syrup
cocoa powder
peanut butter
oats
That’s it! You might just have all the ingredients on hand already. They take just a few minutes to make in a food processor or blender. Once the dough is ready, press them in to a pan and you’re done! Then the hard part…waiting for them to firm up in the freezer. But don’t you worry…go ahead and sneak a few bites of the dough.
Adams Peanut Butter, My Fave
Adams has been featured on Running on Real Food a few times now and I’m think I might have to make them a permanent fixture around here. I won’t admit how quickly I go through jars of Adams at my house but let’s just say it’s my absolute favourite PB, hands down.
These No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars with Chocolate Chips are the newest recipe featuring Adams and they do not disappoint, not one bit.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Energy Bites
I will never, ever stop eating peanut butter. It just makes me so happy! Adams is usually a part of my breakfast in the morning, whether it’s a spoonful added to chia and berry pudding, mixed into overnight oats or blended into a big, fruit smoothie. I love both the flavour and the nutrition it provides. It helps keep me full and satisfied well into the morning.
Peanut Butter for Dessert
Peanut Butter is also a must-have when it comes to desserts at my house. Of course, there are my favourite, vegan chocolate peanut butter cups, but my favourite quick, go-to dessert is 1/2 a banana topped with Adams and a few dairy-free chocolate chips. Heated up is even better!
