We will take a pan and put it over the gas, in this we will put 110-gram unsalted butter. 120-gram dark chocolate and we will heat it for about 10 to 15 minutes.
Our mixture is ready, we will turn off the flame of gas. Take a mixing bowl and put two eggs in it. Add 3/4 cup sugar and mix it well for 2-3 minutes.
Mix one and a half cup all-purpose flour and half cup unsweetened cocoa powder. Add half tsp baking powder and half tsp salt and mix well for about 1 minute.
We will put our prepared chocolate mixture in this mixture and mix it well. One tsp vanilla extract will be added and mixed.
200-240 gram dark chocolate chips or chocolate chunks will add to this mixture. Mix well with the help of a spatula.
Take a try and on this, we will place a parchment paper. Now with the help of a tablespoon, we will make this prepared dough on medium size cookies shape parchment paper.
