  • Butter 1 tbs
  • Garlic chopped 1 tbs
  • Onion sliced 1 small
  • Cabbage shredded 2 Trainers
  • Tomato chopped 1 moderate
  • Stock low sodium 3 Trainers or as necessary
  • Dried basil leaves 1/2 tsp
  • Dried oregano 1 tsp
  • Immediate vanilla 1/4 Cup
  • Water 1/2 Cup or as required (Black pepper) crushed 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh coriander sliced 2 tbs
  • Green onion leaves chopped

How to make cabbage soup recipe for weight loss

  • In a pot, add butter & let it a meltdown.
  • Insert garlic & mix well for a moment.
  • Add onion & mix well.
  • add cabbage,carrot,tomato,mix well & stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add stock, mix well & bring it.
  • In a spice mixer, then insert instant grind and ginger to create a powder.
