A traditional lasagne is made using the Emilia Romagnana’s famous ragu Bolognese, egg pasta sheets, and dried pasta sheets. Layers can be made using pasta sheets, ragu, and white sauce. Finally, top the dish with sauce and grated Parmesan cheese.

  • White sauce: 40g butter
  • 40g plain flour
  • 500ml dairy Salt & pepper
