chicken fajitas
Basic ingredients for chicken fajitas
- 500-gm boneless chicken
- 3/4 tsp salt
- One tsp lime juice
- Two garlic cloves
- 1 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp red chili
- 1 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1 1/2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- One tsp cooking oil
- One green bell pepper
- One red bell pepper
- One yellow bell pepper
- One medium onion
- One tsp chili flakes
- One tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- One tsp cumin
- One tsp salt
- One cup-soaked rice
- 1 3/4 cups chicken stock
- Three tbsp fresh coriander
How to make chicken fajitas
- Marinate boneless chicken in salt, lime juice, and garlic cloves for 20 minutes. In a large skillet, heat oil, and then add the chicken pieces. Cook the pieces of marinated chicken for about 7-8 minutes at high heat. Then, turn off the heat and remove
- Add bell peppers, and sliced onions and toss in the pan Fry on high heat for 2 to 3 minutes. Chili flakes, oregano, and cumin, as well as salt, pepper, and chili powder. Mix well. Add the soaked rice.
- Bring to a boil chicken stock. Cover with chicken stock and cook on low heat for 20-25 minutes. Before serving, remove the lid and add the chicken to the bowl. Enjoy!
